Our office in Jakarta initiates and facilitates institutional cooperation between Asian and Dutch knowledge institutions.
We are Nuffic Southeast Asia: Our office in Jakarta supports knowledge diplomacy in Southeast Asia through networks, capacity-building programmes, and activities that enforce the quality of education, knowledge and skill development, trade and investment, and social and cultural relationships.
About our office
Nuffic Southeast Asia is our official representative in the region for all matters concerning Dutch higher education. Founded in 1952, Nuffic is the Netherlands’ expertise centre for internationalising education – from primary and secondary education to vocational and higher education and research.
Programmes
The programmes we manage — partly funded by the Dutch government — are aligned with the Netherlands’ priorities in development cooperation and education. In addition to these, we also serve as consortium partners in several programmes funded by the European Union (EU).
