Planning to attend the 2026 EAIE conference?
Over 7,000 higher education professionals from a wide range of countries are expected in Glasgow from 8 to 11 September. They are attending the 36th conference of the European Association for International Education (EAIE) to network and exchange knowledge on developments and trends in the field of internationalisation.
Ever since the EAIE was founded in 1989, Nuffic has been involved in this annual conference. And we will be taking part in EAIE Glasgow 2026 once again. This year, we are presenting a new, large Netherlands Pavilion. You will find us there, alongside more than 20 Dutch universities of applied sciences and universities.
Sessions
The theme of this year’s conference is ‘The Rhythm of Revolution – a call to question, collaborate, and create lasting change’. As a participant, you can choose from a vast and varied range of workshops and sessions. Netherlands Pavilion
At the EAIE conference in 2026, the Netherlands will be represented by the Netherlands Pavilion. Nuffic and 23 Dutch universities of applied sciences and universities (see below) will be exhibiting together there, presenting one recognisable Dutch identity. For the participating institutions, the pavilion offers the opportunity to meet new and existing contacts, explore collaborations and provide information about their programmes. There will also be a Nuffic Desk where Nuffic staff will welcome visitors and answer questions.
