Application form AC declaration

Only request an AC declaration if you meet the following conditions:

• You have a Dutch diploma for this profession.
• You want to practice your profession in an EU country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland.
• Your profession is regulated in the country where you want to work.
• Please note: for some regulated professions you need a different document, see the table under Your profession is regulated in the EU. What to do next?

Submit your application

Step 1:
Register once via this link: https://diplomawaardering.nuffic.nl/
If necessary, watch this manual on YouTube.

Then complete the registration by filling in and submitting the registration form. We will confirm your registration by e-mail.

Step 2:
Once you have received our confirmation email, you can get started! From now on, you can log in via the same link to submit new applications and retrieve results: https://diplomawaardering.nuffic.nl/

Once logged in, you will find the application form for a diploma description under the “Applications” tab.
Start the application, fill in the form and send it when you are ready.

You will receive a confirmation email that the application has been received.
