About SCOPE-HE

Funded by the EU, SCOPE-HE is a key component of the EU-ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package, designed to strengthen exchanges and connectivity in higher education, research, and technical and vocational education and training (TVET) within the region and between the two regions. Building on the successes of the EU Support to Higher Education Programme in the ASEAN Region (SHARE) and ERASMUS+, SCOPE-HE prioritises Green Transition, Blue Economy and Digital Transformation.
