Context of the call
Young people have a right to gain the right skills, knowledge and opportunities to build a stable future for themselves, their communities and their countries. To keep pace with this youthful world, the Netherlands is increasingly putting youth at the heart of its policies as described in the Youth At Heart Strategy by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The countries in the Middle East and North Africa which are supported by the Mena Scholarship Programme (MSP) have very young populations. With this pilot project the MSP would like to support young people to build an entrepreneurial mindset and skills.
