Effective Scaffolding in CLIL: the link with Formative Assessment
However, in order for scaffolding to be effective, teachers must be able to answer two important questions:
- When exactly should I provide a scaffold?
- How extensively should I scaffold?
In this workshop I will show you how Formative Assessment can answer these two questions while at the same time enhancing motivation and ownership of learning through student self-reflection (tto 2.0!).
