Information for Dutch institutions - MSP scholarships

Dutch institutions are responsible for the course offer and for recruiting and nominating suitable candidates for the MSP.

Deadlines

The MSP has 2 application deadlines a year. Check the deadline overview below for more information. The MSP procedures are fully digitalised in Nuffic’s application and selection tool, Atlas.

Each deadline involves 6 phases which take place over a period of 16 weeks:

  1. Preparation of the course offer + recruitment of candidates (Dutch institution)
  2. Application for the scholarship (applicant)
  3. Nomination of the candidates and grant submission (Dutch institution)
  4. Eligibility check and assessment of the applications (embassy)
  5. Selection (Nuffic)
  6. Grant award (Nuffic)
