Our programmes

The programmes we manage – mostly funded by the Dutch government – are designed to match the government’s goals for development aid and education.

  • LPDP- Netherlands Joint Scholarship Programme: The LPDP- Netherlands joint scholarship programme aims to optimise the resources that the collaborating organisation have by focusing on specific areas that are mutually relevant and important to Indonesia’s development priorities, the development of key expertise in the Dutch knowledge sector, and the bilateral cooperation agenda of the two countries.
  • DUTEP: The Dutch Training & Exposure Programme (DUTEP) focuses on integrated urban water management in Indonesia. It provides opportunities for government staff to learn from best practices, through research, exposure, and training with host institutions in the Netherlands.
  • Orange Knowledge Programme: This programme is a global capacity building programme funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It aims to contribute to a society’s sustainable and inclusive development by offering access to education and training to professionals and organisations.

Besides programmes from the Dutch Government, we are also consortium partners in the following programmes funded by the European Union (EU):

  • EU Mobility Programme for Myanmar (EMPM): EMPM is a 5 million Euros EU-funded pilot project that will run for a total duration of 48 months (January 2023 – December 2026). The programme aims to protect Myanmar’s next generation human capital with education and training through enhancing options for online learning and mobility for students and young professionals who are affected by recent interruptions of university education and employment.
  • SCOPE-HE: The EU-ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package – Higher Education Programme (SCOPE-HE), is an EU funded programme, which is part of the EU-ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package and aims to improve sustainable connectivity between the EU and ASEAN and within ASEAN.
