Peter van Tuijl has a background in Asia studies and more than 25 years work experience in Southeast Asia with a focus on democratic governance, the rule of law, human security, education and civil society. He has worked for the International NGO Forum on Indonesian Development (INFID), Oxfam Novib, UNDP, the US Department of Justice and the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC) before joining Nuffic.

Renowned for her skills in budget management and strategic planning, she has spent the last 6 years excelling in international collaboration, development, and education.

Oktavia is currently the mobility coordinator of Nuffic Southeast Asia, with more than 15 years of experience in the education sector. Besides her experience in programme management (scholarship/mobility), she is also an experienced overseas education counsellor for Indonesian students.

Hasian Nasution has been actively contributing to the internationalization efforts in higher education since 2022, of which currently working as Junior International Mobility Officer at Nuffic Southeast Asia. He is experienced in developing and innovating the international programme(s) such summit, student mobility and tailor-made, as well as managing and supervising international students & students’ associations. He has a background in English Language & Literature, where he is also dedicated as an Assistant Lecturer in a higher education institution.

Astrid is a dynamic professional with over three years of experience in youth engagement and international cooperation. Passionate about children, education, policy advocacy, and global development, she has worked extensively in communications, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Currently working at Nuffic Southeast Asia, Astrid excels in managing cross-functional teams, organising high-impact events, and driving digital communication strategies. Her academic background in International Relations complements her strong analytical skills, enabling her to bring diverse perspectives to collaborative initiatives.

Charlotte has a background in Contemporary Asian Studies and started her journey with Nuffic early 2024. She brings in her strong passion for fostering intercultural connections and helping individuals reach their full potential through education. Lotte has several years of experience managing student exchange programs between Australia and Indonesia. Her first involvement with Nuffic began after studying several times in Indonesia, where she served as a WilWeg ambassador to share about her abroad experiences with other students.

Arief joined Nuffic in 2015 as Programme Manager. With close to 20 years of expertise in international project management and intercultural relations, he oversees the EMPM daily operations as well as resource person to the team. Previously he represented Nuffic as Programme Manager for Phase I and II of EU SHARE (European Union Support for Higher Education in the ASEAN Region). Prior to Nuffic, he served eight years at the ASEAN Secretariat focusing on project management in the field of Culture, Media, Education and Youth.

Since 2023, Lidya has been working as a Virtual Mobility and Global Opportunities Scholarship officer for EU Mobility Programme for Myanmar (EMPM). Her passions include knowledge diplomacy, education technology, and education in emergencies. Before joining Nuffic in 2022 as a Credit Transfer System and Mobility Platform Scholarship Officer for EU Support to Higher Education in the ASEAN Region (EU SHARE), Lidya worked in both higher education and K-12 institutions around Southeast Asia.

Riana has an academic background in International Relations with a specialisation in diplomacy studies. Her active involvement in a youth-led organisation demonstrates her passion for international collaboration, impactful projects, and sustainable development throughout her academic career. Currently working at Nuffic Southeast Asia as a Scholarship Officer for Virtual Mobilities & Global Opportunities, excelling in project management. Her unique background, with roots in both Indonesia and Myanmar, gives her a valuable perspective that enhances her ability to manage cross-cultural understanding and contribute effectively.

Kustin is a Finance and Administration Officer at the EU Mobility Programme for Myanmar (EMPM) for Nuffic Southeast Asia. Since 2003, she has specialised in managing scholarship programs such as StuNed and the Young Muslim Leaders Scholarship, handling financial planning, reporting, and auditing. She had also supported student counseling and organised international educational events like the Dutch Placement Days and WINNER. With expertise in grants management and financial control, Kustin actively liaises with stakeholders and maintains donor relations for various educational projects.

Dr Frank Feulner is an accomplished development professional and project manager with over 20 years of working experience with international development organisations throughout Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific. He is experienced in strategic planning, institutional reform, capacity building, policy dialogue, gender equality, civil society engagement, youth, and people-to-people connectivity, development coordination, advancing partnerships, and results-based project management related to the Agenda 2030 and sustainable development. Before Nuffic, he has worked for UNDP, USAID, IPU, GIZ, DFAT, CIDA, NDI, and the World Bank.

Inty Dienasari has been working for Nuffic since 2006, bringing extensive experience and a deep commitment to promoting education across the Southeast Asia region. In her most recent role as Coordinator for Education Promotion, she has effectively led various initiatives to enhance educational opportunities and partnerships. As of 2024, Inty has taken on the position of Communication Manager for the EU-ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package - Higher Education Programme (SCOPE-HE), where she is responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to support the programme's objectives.

Mareska Mantik is an experienced programme and project manager. Her areas of expertise include sustainable international development, democracy and election, women political participation, policy making, and regional cooperation and partnership under South-South and triangular cooperation (SSTC) framework. For over 17 years, she has been managing several highly successful international assistance programs and providing technical assistance to different organizations based in over 5 countries in Asia, Africa, and MENA region. Prior to joining Nuffic she had worked with UNDP in numerous countries, GIZ, IFES, NDI, and the International IDEA
Annisa Rasydihartanti

Annisa has been involved in developing international collaboration since 2019, honing her expertise in the higher education sector. With an academic background in business administration and a focus on cross-cultural management, she is passionate about fostering global connections. Fluent in French, Annisa actively promotes cross-cultural exchanges. Currently, she serves as the Programme Officer and focal point for Higher Education in the SCOPE-HE programme, advancing EU-ASEAN educational partnerships.
Puspa Verena

Puspa began her professional career in international cooperation and development, with experience as a Junior Advisor on a bilateral G2G project. With a background in International Relations and a strong interest in political economy, South-South cooperation, and sustainable development, she brings experience in project management and planning. Her current work focuses on TVET initiatives within the EU-ASEAN framework.
