About
From Nuffic Southeast Asia, we manage capacity-building programmes and scholarships and set up and manage education projects. Our office is funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the EU.
Until 2025, Nuffic had 3 regional offices and 4 project offices where capacity-building programmes, scholarships and education projects were set up and managed. These offices were funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the EU and other funders.
Besides Southeast Asia, there were regional offices in South Africa and Jordan. Our project offices were located in Benin, Ethiopia and Lebanon. Until the end of 2023, Nuffic had a Neso office in India.

Our office in Indonesia supports knowledge diplomacy in Southeast Asia through networks, programmes and activities that support the quality of education, knowledge development, trade and investment, and social and cultural relationships.
