The staff supports the Board and Management Team in the realisation of Nuffics strategy. We facilitate organisation-wide processes and cooperation and collaborate on administrative and strategic level within the organisation and in our surroudings, with Nuffics corporate stakeholders. 

Team Erasmus+ Policy & Programme Primary and Secondary Education (po/vo) manages the Erasmus+ programme for School Education. This consists of promotion of the programme, advice and support of organisations as well as assessing and selecting project proposals, monitoring projects and the dissemination of project results.

Team Erasmus+ Policy and Programme VE manages the programme Erasmus+ for adult education. This consists of promotion of the programme, advice and support of organisations as well as assessing and selecting projects, monitoring and evaluating projects and sharing success stories and best practices. 

Team Erasmus+ Policy and Programme MBO manages the programme Erasmus+ for vocational education. This consists of promotion of the programme, advice and support of organisations as well as assessing and selecting projects, monitoring and evaluating projects and sharing success stories and best practices.

Team Erasmus+ Policy and Programme HE manages the programme Erasmus+ for higher education. This comprises of promotion of the programme, advice and support of organisations as well as assessing and selecting projects, monitoring and evaluating projects, monitoring of the ECHE (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education) and sharing success stories and best practices. 

Team Quality, Compliance and Finance manages the financial processes and procedures of the Erasmus+ programme for all educational sectors. Furthermore, the team provides legal and compliance support and advice.

Team Strategy and Innovation focusses on the horizontal and national priorities of Erasmus+: inclusion, digitalisation and impact through research, policy making, teaching and training activities, and development of tools. Moreover, it manages the EURAXESS and eTwinning programmes, Erasmus+ communication and the centralized actions.

Team Partnerships and Programme Development forges strategic alliances and innovative collaborations across the international development and education landscape. PPD develops new bilateral, European and international cooperation programmes aimed at strengthening the skills and knowledge of individuals and organisations and contributing to sustainable development.

Our team consists of country-managers who are specialised in capacity building programmes and strengthening education on an institutional level. With expertise on different themes, knowledge of education across the globe, and a close connection to local embassies and partners, our team of experts is active on the management of programmes aiming at systemic change in education, together with various funders like the Dutch government and the EU.

Our team has expertise with more than 10 programmes for scholarships and group training for various funders like private sector, and the Dutch government. With a focus on scholarship opportunities and group training, our team has expertise in customizing initiatives to suit the unique needs of individuals, organisations and groups of professionals with similar training needs.

Our team has a diverse expertise in finance, ICT and process support. With our knowledge and expertise, we support the other teams within Global Development and beneficiaries by creating the preconditions for achieving the objectives of the programs as much as possible.

The Relationship Management and Primary Education Team stimulates internationalisation within all sectors of education throughout the Netherlands. We inform schools, especially in primary education, about how they can embed global citizenship in their policies and curriculums. In addition, we provide communication advice to the other teams within Pillar NL.

Team vo-mbo (secondary education and TVET) stimulates the internationalisation of schools in secondary and secondary vocational education. We do this for secondary education through networks focused on global citizenship, bilingual education, Chinese, French and German. In MBO, we encourage teacher professionalisation and internationalisation of the curriculum.

Team International Recognition provides credential evaluations, information and advice on foreign education systems, the Dutch education system and professional recognition. We are committed to fair and smooth credential evaluation in line with the Lisbon Recognition Convention. We also participate in European projects as part of our ENIC-NARIC role.

The Mobility Team informs students, researchers and teaching staff about how they can gain international experience. Together with the higher education sector, we solve bottlenecks in outbound and inbound mobility as much as possible. We also support Dutch higher education institutions in internationalising the curriculum, for example through Internationalisation at Home.

The Strategy, Knowledge and Innovation Team monitors trends and developments in internationalisation to help educational institutions, including teachers, to develop their internationalisation activities. To this end, we develop (measuring) instruments, exchange knowledge through (online) sessions and conduct research, for example, into international competence development among primary, secondary and higher education students. 

Team Finance and Control is responsible for the correct and timely administration, payments, the planning and control cycle, budgets, reporting and the statutory accounts.

As HR team, we ensure good working conditions in various areas. We provide the frameworks for the personnel policy and advise on its implementation. We also provide an environment in which it is pleasant to work, with all elements required for this.

Legal, Procurement and Facilities Management offers support and advice on a broad spectrum of matters. For Legal and Procurement, this consists of administrative law, privacy, civil law and tender management. Facilities management provides a pleasant workplace and all the necessities to work comfortably. 

WebIT supports Nuffic in optimizing the processes through ICT, formulates and monitors the information policies and guarantees the continuity, stability and security of the ICT infrastructure. We also advise our colleagues on the presentation, findability and accessibility of the Nuffic web content.
