In Memoriam Jos de Goey
We are shocked and saddened by the unexpected passing of Jos de Goey, Director of WorldSkills Netherlands and President of WorldSkills International.
Nuffic Director-General Freddy Weima: ‘Jos de Goey was truly a key figure in promoting pride in vocational education and training, both in the Netherlands and abroad. While organising the WorldSkills competitions in Brazil and Russia, our colleagues in the Nuffic Neso offices in those locations cooperated intensively with Jos. And that cooperation has in no way run its course: we intend to continue our partnership with WorldSkills Netherlands.’
