  We provide various scholarship management services, as separate components or a complete package.
- Desmond Fortes Scholarship
  This scholarship targets ambitious professionals from Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, Eastern Europe and Central Asia who are employed within FMO's client network and have a strong interest in green finance.
- Erasmus+
  Erasmus+ is the new EU programme for Education, Training, Youth and Sport.
- Holland Scholarship
  The Holland Scholarship is the new national scholarship programme for Dutch and international students. The scholarship is made available by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science together with 48 Dutch higher education institutions. They will grant scholarships to 1,536 students per academic year.

  The Libertas Support Fund closed for new applications with effect from March 2011.

NFP TMT subsidy for group training

The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes have come to an end on 1 July 2017.

The outlines of a new capacity building programme, including tailor-made trainings, are currently being developed. As this includes scans of training needs in 51 countries, it may take a few months before we will be able to start the programme in full.

Unfortunately this means that there will not be a TMT deadline anymore in 2017.

The new programme will be called OKP (Orange Knowledge Programme).

Previously selected Dutch training providers need to submit a report and a separate list of participants within two months after the training has finished:

Annex: list of participants

For a training course with a grant award budget of less than EUR 125,000 and more than or equal to EUR 25,000, training providers are required to include a statement of actual cost with the report.
