Description
During this session Alfonso Díaz Segura will discuss Campbell’s theory of ‘the hero’s journey’ as a model for implementing IaH in your institution. After this, two examples of IaH will be shared by Keiko Ikeda and Brenda García Portillo. They will reflect on the use of the model in their university and the encountered hickups, like a ‘refusal mindset’. How do you overcome these?
After the two hero’s journey examples, we will split up in groups to discuss what IaH in your (Dutch) institution looks like. Where are you in your journey? And what could you learn from others?
The three speakers also presented at the EAIE conference 2023 in Rotterdam and are looking forward to share and connect their expertise to the Dutch context.
