Below is a short description of the two areas NICHE will focus on with regard to good governance: public finance management and public sector administration.
Public Finance Management
In Public Finance Management the need for capacity building is considered to be of crucial importance. The Ministry of Finance will be involved in the sectors that have been selected for NICHE, namely health, water and education.
Public Sector Administration
NICHE will develop interventions aimed at the administrative development of public sector employees.
