Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme

The Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme is a programme of the European Commission (EC) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.
The programme aims to support Turkey’s EU accession efforts by enhancing its human resources in the relevant disciplines for accession. Nuffic is the Placement Agency for Turkish masters and PhD-students in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Focus on young professionals and students
The programme is designed for Turkish young professionals in the public and private sector and university students who will receive a fellowship for up to 12 months at postgraduate level in one of the EU Member States.
Jean Monnet Joint Committee
The Committee, composed of representatives of the main stakeholders, is responsible for the selection of awardees through a written exam followed by an oral exam.
