How to apply?

Holland alumni from one of the 73 eligible countries, who studied in one of the seven fields of study between 2005/2006 and 2008/2009 are invited to submit their application for the conference by filling out the application form.
Applications must be submitted before 15 September (update: the deadline for applications has now passed). Applicants will receive a confirmation of their application within 7 days after the application form has been submitted. Forms that have not been filled out completely will not be included in the selection process.
Nuffic will inform all applicants of its decisions before 26 September by email.

Application procedure

Step 1
Check the selection criteria.
Step 2
If you meet all selection criteria, fill out the application form.
Step 3
You will receive a confirmation of your application within 7 days after submitting the form.
Step 4
Nuffic, together with Content Developments Groups and the Dutch higher education institutions, will assess the application and decide whether or not the applicant’s educational background and other experience meet the specific requirements for the conference topic in question.
Step 5
Nuffic will inform all applicants of its decisions before 26 September. Elected candidates will receive a formal letter indicating that they have been elected for the conference.
Step 6
Nuffic will contact the elected candidate to make travel arrangements for the conference.
