Study in Holland film wins Gouden Reiger 2009 award

The award presentation ceremony took place on Monday, 7 December during the Keying into the Brain-festival in Amsterdam. The promotion film produced by Stetz and commissioned by Nuffic, won the award in the 'Film and Video' category.
The annual Keying into the Brain-festival awarded Study in Holland a Gouden Reiger in recognition of the promotion film. A multidisciplinary jury presented awards to 11 of the one hundred films and websites entered.
The jury comprising fourteen experienced communication and multimedia professionals were impressed with the high quality of all entries.
Innovative and creative
Jury chairman Leo Schepman commented: 'The film, in which international students make acquaintance with the Netherlands, is innovative and creative. It portrays cliché images of the Netherlands in a light-hearted fashion.'
Study in Holland's film won the award in the 'Film and Video' category.
