My request for a Nuffic Certificate has been denied. Can I still apply for a Nuffic Certificate for a different programme
Yes, you can.
Can I apply again for the same programme if the result of the first application is negative?
Yes. You can apply again once you have met the admission requirements of the Dutch higher education institution concerned.
My application has been rejected because I submitted a forged document/incorrect information. Can I register for the Nuffic Certificate again with the correct documents?
No. In that case you cannot apply for a Nuffic Certificate for the next three years.
