Can I submit the application form on behalf of my clients?

Yes. To avoid delay, Nuffic strongly advises you to check whether your client has collected all of the required documents/information before submitting the application.
 

What is the status of my client's application?

Please use the online status tracker to check the status.
 

Can you tell me in advance if my client will be eligible for a Nuffic Certificate?

No. Nuffic needs the application form and all relevant documents in order to make an assessment.
 

My client's application is still being processed. Can you tell me what the final decision will be?

No. Nuffic cannot speculate about the outcome during the assessment.
 

Can you send me a copy of my client's Nuffic Certificate?

No. Only the host institution of your client will receive the certificate.
