The programme donor is the International Atomic Energy Agency, headquartered in Vienna. The programme provides scholarships for scientists who want to follow nuclear science training for peaceful purposes in the Netherlands, and makes funding available for scientific visits.
The programme is intended for scientists who have been working for a number of years on an IAEA project in their own country.
