Immigration Procedures

Foreign students who wish to study or to do an internship in the Netherlands need to go through certain Dutch immigration procedures. Depending on what the student wants to do and how long this takes, the student might need:
- a short-stay visa
- an authorization for temporary stay
- a residence permit
- a work permit
