Land/environment: 71% gap of professionals.
Medium Term Outcome(s) – 4 years
- Qualified manpower has increased in the sustainable environment management and conservation sectors.
- Higher education and expertise/consultancy offer of relevant HEIs is fully responsive to environmental opportunities and challenges at the regional level.
- Attention is paid to the gender aspect of environmental management and conservation in the educational, expertise and outreach offer of relevant HEIs.
- The education offer and consultancy/outreach activities of HEIs is based on and fully responsive to the needs of the professional sectors, at the national and regional level.
Longer Term Outcome(s) – 8 years
- Land, water and park resource management has improved.
- The improved management of land/soil and water resources has a positive impact on the living conditions of women.
- There are more environmental managers with better skills and more regional competence.
