Cross-border Higher Education for Capacity Development
In 2006 Nuffic, the World Bank and the OECD organized the conference 'Cross-border higher education for capacity development'. The aim of the conference was to gain insight into the positive and negative aspects of cross-border higher education for capacity development in developing countries. Several international organizations took part in the seminar. Read more
