Below we give you an overview of recent changes and updates related to the Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP). For up-to-date information please visit www.nuffic.nl/nfp.
1 October 2011 deadline
For the 1 October 2011 fellowship application deadline SOL will close on 30 September 23.59 CET. After 00.00 CET it is no longer possible to submit applications for the 1 October 2011 deadline.
We are doing our best to answer all questions, but questions that are sent in after 5pm CET on Sunday 25 September 2011 may not be answered. Our NFP/SOL telephone helpdesk will be open from Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5pm CET.
Changes in the course list
In August we updated the NFP course list.

Yemen
On 4 April 2011 the Dutch Minister for European Affairs and International Cooperation decided to suspend the development cooperation programme with Yemen with regard to governmental institutions.
Therefore, NFP fellowship applications from applicants working for governmental organisations, public universities and semi-public organisations will not be considered.
South Sudan
Candidates from both the Republic of Sudan and South Sudan can choose 'Sudan' in the country dropdown list when setting up their personal account in SOL.
New NFP brochure, flyer and application forms
We are currently preparing the new NFP brochure, flyer and paper application forms.
They will be made available on www.nuffic.nl/nfp before 1 November 2011.
