Minister Plasterk visits China

The Netherlands Minister of Education, Culture and Science, Mr Plasterk, visited China from 2 to 6 November.
Mr Plasterk signed several agreements in the field of education, culture and science with his Chinese counterparts.
Dutch graphic design
The minister also opened an exhibition about Dutch graphic design in Beijing and met with Chinese alumni of Dutch universities.
In addition, Mr Plasterk visited the Summer Palace to attend a special ceremony marking the restoration of a Painting of Cixi by a Dutch company and attended a performance by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra.
