Education institutions awarded for outstanding efforts in internationalization

In January the Institute of International Education (IIE) announced the winners of the annual IIE Heiskell awards for innovation in international education.
The awards are handed out for best practices in three main categories: Internationalizing the Campus, Study Abroad and International Exchange. This year this last category had a special focus on engineering programmes. For the second year the Institute also awarded a prize in the special category Study Abroad for Community Colleges.
