This week Nuffic launched its new websites. We now have four new websites which we believe will improve the service we provide to our various target groups.

Besides the corporate Internet site, which is available in Dutch and in English, there are now separate websites for the WilWeg and Study in Holland campaigns:

www.nuffic.nl

www.nuffic.nl/en (where you are now)

www.studyinholland.nl

www.wilweg.nl

New design

The websites have been given a complete redesign within the parameters of Nuffic's house style, and are now better aligned with developments in the market. Integration with social media, for instance, has been much improved.

Focus on the website visitor

Visitiors to the website want to find the information they need as quickly as possible. To make this happen, we consulted with our key audiences to design the best navigation structure, and any superfluous information was omitted. The most visited parts of the site have been given a prominent place.

Thematic layout

For the Nuffic.nl website, it was decided to go for a more thematic layout, as already used in our newsletter Nuffic News.

WilWeg

Dutch school leavers and students looking for information on study or training abroad can find all the information they need on the new WilWeg website. The layout of the new site takes the intended purpose of your period abroad as the starting point. This results in a single point of entry for all relevant information. Social media components have been integrated into the new WilWeg website, and a handy checklist for Dutch students and school leavers is available.

Study in Holland

The new Study in Holland website uses text and graphics to promote the Netherlands as a study destination. It supports students' decision-making processes by offering clear information along with the use of videos, photos and social media integration. Students are also provided with a number of useful tools, such as the visa wizard and a checklist. A Google Map makes it easy to click straight through to the websites of the higher education institutions.

Improvements will continue

We will continue to further improve the user experience in the period ahead, for instance, by adding other related information at the sides of pages. Certain other features, such as the search engine, will be tweaked and fine-tuned.

It goes without saying that we also appreciate any feedback that site visitors may have. Please feel free to use the contact form to let us know your thoughts.
