The Tailor-Made Training programme, which is part of the Netherlands Fellowship Programmes, was launched on 1 January 2012. The first deadline, on 1 April, yielded 44 training requests from 21 different NFP countries. We have now completed the selection process and the first calls for tenders have recently been published.

The Tailor-Made Training programme enables a wide range of organisations in 61 NFP countries to seek funding for group training courses that are specifically tailored to their training needs.

Three deadlines

In 2012 there are three deadlines, on 1 April, 1 August and 1 December.  Almost half of the 44 requests that we have received for the 1 April deadline have been given the go-ahead.

Calls for tenders

Depending on the budget of the training we will either publish training requests as calls for tenders or we will directly contact a Dutch training institution to ask them if they can provide the training.
