Funding for projects with Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Republic of Korea

A new Call for proposals of the Industrialised Countries Instrument – Education Cooperation Programme (ICI-ECP) has been published on 14 December. This European programme supports cooperation in higher education between EU member states and four partner countries: Australia, Japan, New Zealand and the Republic of Korea.

The funded activities are joint degree projects and joint mobility projects. Such projects focus on structured exchanges of students and faculty members, the joint development of joint or shared curricula and joint study programmes, and the award of joint or double degrees in the case of joint degree projects.

Funding

The total budget available for the co-financing of projects amounts to approximately € 2.45 million on the EU-side. Comparable funding will be provided by the partner countries, in accordance with the rules applicable for each of them.

Deadline

The deadline for submission of applications is 15 May 2013.
