Description
How can you communicate effectively and with self-confidence both in the Dutch context and abroad? How can you communicate in a style that others understand and can relate to? MDF offers a session on personal effectiveness with the tool Insights Discovery.
Insights Discovery is based on the psychology of Jung. The use of four colour energies creates a common language and framework. It creates a positive language enabling people to discuss personality, preference and the differences between people. It gives an insight in how to adapt and connect to others.
Session set-up
What can you expect from the session? You will engage into activities that:
- make you understand the Insights colour energies and your own preferences;
- enable you to adapt to and connect with people who have a different style of communication;
The session will be a combination of an interactive lecture, an Insights Discovery game and short exercises.
