Registration and contact
MINT is available during the entire academic year (from September to May). Registration is possible between August and March only. To register for MINT please use the web form on this page. Before registering, please check the planning to see which features are available in which phase.
Planning
The use of the MINT tool is divided into the following three phases:
- Phase 1 (September to end of May)
The tool is open for data inputting. All available features can be used, including comparison and benchmark reports. - Phase 2 (end of May to mid-June)
The tool’s questionnaire is closed, so that the comparison reports can be prepared. Users have the opportunity to apply for the comparison reports of their choice. During this phase it is not possible to enter new data or change any previously submitted data. However, users can still view their questionnaires, self-evaluation reports and management summaries. - Phase 3 (mid-June to end of August)
Users can access the benchmark and comparison reports. During this phase it is not possible to enter new data or change any previously submitted data. However, users can still view their questionnaires, self-evaluation reports and management summaries.
Registration forms
Registration is possible between August and March only. New registrations will be activated once a month. Final registration dates for each month are:
- 27 September
- 24 October
- 21 November
- 19 December
- 23 January
- 20 February
- 20 March
You will receive your login details in the week following these registration dates. For example, if you register on 2 February, you will receive your login details in the last week of February.
