A competent authority is the body responsible for each regulated profession. This authority determines whether you may practise the profession concerned in the Netherlands.
Admission procedure
The admission procedure may differ between each competent authority. Contact the relevant competent authority for information concerning the application procedure for the regulated profession.
Temporary provision of services
In the case of a temporary provision of services, the competent authority provides information about the applicable reporting procedure. As a guideline, you may assume that temporary means a period of less than one year.
