FIPAG Academy
FIPAG wants to achieve this global objective through the establishment and consolidation of the FIPAG Academy for Professional Development in Water and Sanitation in response to the needs of the labour market and following a gender perspective. Its principal activity will be the development and implementation of investment programmes in water management to tackle sanitation issues.
FIPAG also aims to address sanitation issues by:

- developing curricula for the Academy in accordance with national parameters
- developing Academy policies, organisation & management service plans and investment programmes in the field of water management
Competence-based learning
Training and education programmes will be run on the basis of participatory competence-based learning. It is also recommended that the proposed budget includes a provision for improving the English proficiency of key people in the FIPAG project.
