Nuffic has awarded this tender to the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT), which has formed a consortium with VNG International BV.
Project description
The overall objective of the project is to improve the effectiveness and impact of services delivered by provincial and local governments and community leaders. The project aims to strengthen CEGOV’s organisational and pedagogical capacity and improve the effectiveness and impact of CEGOV's capacity building programmes.
The project also includes a gender objective aimed at increasing the participation and involvement of women in local development and, more specifically, to include the needs of the labour market into the training curriculum.
Finally, the project will pay attention to organisational learning and Monitoring & Evaluation.
