This project has been developed by Badan Pusat Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Kementrian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Central Bureau for Human Resource of The Ministry of Law and Human Rights of The Republic of Indonesia). The tender for this project expired on 24 May 2012. Nuffic has awarded this tender to CINOP, which has formed a consortium with the University of Applied Sciences Leiden, Wageningen University and University of Indonesia (UI).

Project description

This project will contribute to good quality legislative drafting training and education at all levels in the government of Indonesia by strengthening the capacity at Badan Pusat Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM).

The project aims to strengthen the institutional, organisational, and individual capacity of BPSDM to develop, update and deliver gender sensitive education and training in legislative drafting, responding to the requirements of provincial, national and authorities.
