This project has been developed by the Academy of the Guatemalan National Civil Police (APNC). The tender for this project expired on 1 November 2010. Nuffic has awarded this tender to Hogeschool Leiden, which has formed a consortium with the Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (INAP).
Project description
From 2004 to 2009, the Academy of the Guatemalan National Civil Police has implemented an NPT project (GTM-022) which led to an innovation of curricula and the implementation of competency-based learning in several courses.
This NICHE project will build on the results of GTM-022 by introducing a system of continuous education at the National Civil Police.
