Project description

This project seeks to contribute to the education sector's capacity to produce trained labour force that fulfills the needs of the socio-economic development of Ethiopia in terms of quantity and quality.

This will be achieved by building HESC's capacity to spearhead the development and implementation of the Ethiopian National Qualification Framework (ENQF).

The project will develop and test the ENQF. In addition it will enable HESC to lead the implementation and strengthen its financial and administrative capacity to manage donor funds.
