Project description
TSWRI is MWRI's human resources training institution. However, it does not have the capacity to meet the technical requirements of the water sector and political, economic and environmental challenges.
Public funding for TSWRI's training activities might decrease due to the macro-economic situation of the country, so it will need to find new clients. This means TSWRI should develop attractive training packages, use modern learning techniques and develop an effective marketing strategy.
The project specifically aims to modernise and increase the quality of training and staff capacity and become financially sustainable. Finally, it aims to attract more female teaching staff and students.
