Project description
One of the main objectives of the Ministry of National Education is to increase the coverage of higher education in remote and marginalised areas.
IES is responsible for improving the institutional capacity of higher education institutions in line with the general mission of the Vice Ministry of Higher Education.
Despite progress in terms of coverage and activities, there is the challenge to develop decentralisation strategies.
This project will give IES staff the tools to strengthen the higher education decentralisation strategy. In addition, the project will help identify strategies in which the Ministry can invest its resources.
