Project description
ESAP, founded in 1958, is the national training and research body for public administration. Its current challenge is to set up a virtual campus to reach more students in different areas and improve public services.
This project will support ESAP to:
- update blended education programmes;
- introduce on line education programmes to reach more students and regions in the country;
- increase ESAP’s services coverage by increasing online services;
- train lectures, administrative and management staff in the use of blended education environment.
