Project description
SENA was founded in 1957 as a decentralised training institution for technicians and technologists. Its current challenge is to innovate the teaching methodologies and introduce modern administrative and financial procedures.
This project will support SENA to:
- train teachers on new teaching techniques;
- train teachers on communication skills and ethics to improve talent assessment and performance;
- develop new methodologies to improve training programmes, in line with labour market needs;
- use ICT for administrative and teaching purposes ;
- introduce modern administrative, managerial and financial procedures;
- offer formal education for professionals who work in SENA’s educational areas.
